We're currently experiencing partial IPv6 errors on our Copper7 and Hybrid7 service. Our technicians are investigating the issue.

Some users are still reporting errors on IPv6 over PPPoE. Investigation is in work.

We have been working on a replacement of our backend infrastructure for Copper7 and Hybrid7. The setup is currently in testing and will be deployed soon. We believe that this will solve our IPv6 problems over PPPoE.

We have replaced our PPPoE backend infrastructure and are still testing, if and how this problem appears.

The NNI with our suppliers has been migrated to new routers. Situation is stable.
Planned Maintenance
As part of the renewal of our IPv6 infrastructure (#14283), the DHCPv6 servers for our Crossover7 services will also be renewed. This will resolve existing issues with IPv6 connectivity and prefix delegation.
Due to the related platform dependencies, the rollout is scheduled for 2020. So far there is no ETA yet.
We will inform about the next steps in this ticket. Occasional IPv6 issues can still be expected.
